Didn't live up to my expectation

02/03/2024

Still trying to find the right protein supplement that would help me meet my fitness goals, it just didn’t live up to my expectations. I’ve been taking it for over a month now as part of my post-workout routine, and I haven’t noticed any significant changes in my muscle growth or recovery times.

The taste was just okay – definitely not the worst protein powder I’ve tried, but also not the best. It mixed fairly easily in water or milk but still had a bit of grainy texture that wasn’t very appealing.

The ingredient profile looked good on paper with 25g of protein per scoop and no junk like artificial flavors or colors. However, in practice I didn’t feel like it was very high quality protein. Recovery from workouts has been about the same as when I wasn’t taking any supplement at all.

At the end of the day, for the price I paid I think I should be seeing more noticeable results. This just doesn’t seem to be an effective protein option for serious gym-goers and athletes. I’ll have to keep searching for a supplement that better supports my fitness and muscle-building goals. Unless they make some improvements, I can’t recommend this brand.
