Cambridge diet expensive and hungry
Not worth the money.
Weight watchers lifestyle
Love going to the groups and meeting other people. First couple of sessions it’s a bit nerve wracking but everyone is there for the same thing and when someone has had a bad week makes you feel a bit better.
It’s all based on points and once you get your head around it it’s easy. More of a lifestyle change than a diet.
Slimming world
I’ve lost 3st in slimming world. Not at my goal weight yet but getting there.
I got free membership from my drs so if you’re worried about fees go speak to your GP as they basically prescribed it!
